Flaneur Hotel - Chania (Crete)

The service at Flaneur was exceptional, thanks to the friendly and welcoming staff. My room was well decorated and brand-new, complete with a terrace and super quiet AC. Having amenities like an electric kettle, fridges, and glassware was very convenient.

location: the hotel was not far from restaurants, the wonderful old town, and the old city center. the place had a quiet atmosphere. there was a lot of food for breakfast, it was delightful.

Affable staff, modern and perfect room with a terrace, a balcony, as example. A lot of delicious options for meal. Central location, at a walking distance from a nautical museum. Perfect place - walk from a port. Exceptional service at the club! Everything great...

The service was exceptional and the food was delightful. the room was brand-new and modern, equipped with a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Great location close to the harbor, old town, and restaurants.

The hotel is clean and has a marvelous location in Chania near shops, yet very quiet. the room is new-fashioned and perfect with a balcony. the staff is amiable. the club offers a wide array of food. the service is exceptional, and the atmosphere is quiet.

Fantastic location in the heart of the Old Town. Close proximity to the city center and all its facilities. Impeccably clean and beautifully decorated rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

We had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel in the heart of the old city center. The location is perfect, as we were within walking distance of all the attractions in Chania. The hotel staff provided excellent guidance and recommendations for local experiences. The rooms were beautifully decorated and equipped with all the necessary facilities. We even received a bottle of wine as a cute surprise in the fridge.

The design of the rooms is mind-blowing - so modern and stylish. The room itself is incredibly spacious and comfortable. The location is super - in a quiet area, but still close to the port. The hosts are jaw-droppingly great - very easy to communicate with and so helpful. Plus, the amenities like free Wi-Fi, welcome drink, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, VIP check-in/out. And the fact that it's a non-smoking property is a big plus. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is perfect, offering convenient access to local attractions. the room with the terrace provides a great experience with its thoughtfully designed decor, comfortable mattress, and beautiful shower. the hotel also offers amenities such as Nespresso pods and a small bottle of wine upon arrival.

Parking near the property can be difficult, especially on weekends.

The value for money at this hotel was really good. The well chosen things and had all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and the harbor, yet quiet at night. The staff, especially Lila, were helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

The hotel breakfast could use a little improvement, perhaps by offering more coffee options.

Our xmas stay at this hotel was truly exceptional! The staff was very generous and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for exploring the area. The rooms were beautifully designed and comfortable, with a super comfortable bed and a nice shower. The location was also great, just around the corner from the main street and with easy access to parking lots nearby. We also enjoyed the complimentary small white wine and the branded toiletries provided in the room.

While our stay was overall fantastic, there were a couple of small issues. We weren’t provided with daily cleaning service due to the housekeeper's day off, and we were only informed about this at check-in.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely incredible. The room we stayed in had a beautiful terrace where we enjoyed our morning coffee and relaxed with a book. The attention to detail in the design of the room was amazing, from the stylish decor to the dreamy shower with great water pressure. The mattress was also top-notch, providing a comfortable and restful sleep. We also loved the convenient location of the hotel, close to all the bars and restaurants in town. we had a fantastic experience at Flaneur and would highly recommend it.
